Being under investigation shouldn’t interfere with the Executive. Especially if there is nothing there. A nothing burger should be yielding....well nothing. The President has wasted more time posturing than anything.
Mueller’s not part of the Judicial branch. Mueller is part of the Executive branch and completely subordinate to Trump.
