Well it is not stated yet, but he may have been given total immunity by Special Prosecutor Mueller.
But within what scope is his power to give immunity? Only related to the Russian Investigation?
Comey is in deep dooo.

They are not completely stupid. They knew in advance that without a subpoena, Comey would be a no-show. Why no subpoena?
