California culture in general is a real downer. Now my cost of living is about 1/4 of what it was in SoCal. The people are friendly. The traffic isn’t ridiculous. Gas is $2.20/gallon. Personal Spiritual values are common. Homelessness is low. For crying out loud look at the representatives for that state.

I will never ever go back there. Ever. And will never advise anyone to move there. The weather is great however. Gotta admit that.

But if you want to raise a child in Cali....man....get the heck out and do it soon.

You come to CA, get low income job, rent a room near San Berdo of all places, and then ya haul azz back to Alabama and complain about CA? Amazing. Ya think you're the only one who came out west to CA and found they couldn't cut it?

And now ya tell me ya didn't leave CA due to the cost of living, but then you go on about how much cheaper it is in Alabama...
