I retired from the organization in 2011 after 32 years’ service. In the three decades I was there I cannot recall ever having met a liberal. The FBI was teeming with rock-ribbed conservatives. Now the place is a marxist outpost.
My take on the agencies was that the CIA was very leftist(progressive) and the FBI was quite conservative.
Without a lifetime Hoover, the federal “secret police”, i.e. the FBI was ripe for being turned into a political tool by the first president with no morals or ethics.
I think it started turning with Bill Clinton.
I would appreciate your opinion.
I retired from the US Marshals Service and you can be assured that the vast majority are conservatives and so many of the friends I have that are still working are totally embarrassed by all of this......DoJ has become a joke!!!!!
