Pols on both sides are freaking out because POTUS is DOING things, not just talking. It’s astounding! Mr. Trump is making them all look like the sloths they are!

The last sentence explains the change in Dems’ rhetoric this week:

Yep. The coffers are empty. Their voters are turned off. Finally dawned on them that Trump fights harder, smarter, better than them.

Democrats fear, the story goes on, that "a perception is taking hold that the party is obsessively focused on a Russia-collusion message above all else."

Now where would we ever get that idea? It isn't just that, though, it's that The Resistance is so reflexively anti-Trump that it allows Trump to define the entire debate, issue by issue, and the Dems' only response is "we don't want that." In military terms this is ceding the initiative to one's opponent. The term for people who do that is "Loser".

Enjoying this immensely. They tried the bed wetting story. The whore story. The “Russia” story. They repeated “Russia investigation” endlessly on radio and TV.
