A friend works retail at the return desk in a department store. She has been instructed that if a black person makes a return, no matter what condition it is in, that they get a refund. How is that not discrimination against all the other races.

I’m sure they’ve found the path of least resistance is best with them to avoid hassle and accusations.
However, after Trayvon, Ferguson, BLM, "White Privilege", Maxine, Jesse and Al and their daily inferences that every Caucasian in the world is racist, I have to say that the old adage "if you wear the name, play the game" is beginning to creep into my psyche.
IOW, if those that are accusing racism at every turn believe that will soften hearts and change things for the better, they're sadly mistaken IMHO.
