Drip is right. If you were supposed to release papers to the government, they aren't going to wait until the end of the month.

The government will break down your door, pull your wife out of the shower, cuff her, and push her into the street without a robe. They will shoot your dogs, and smash all your furniture, and rip all you seat cushions and pillows. They will rough you up, cuff you and dump you half dressed into the street too.

These papers were supposed to be released months ago. Some judge should call them on this foot dragging, and charge those responsible in contempt.
