Someone at one point offered the words of a family member of the accused, saying that the two alleged victims were engaged in sexual activity in the public toilet. One of them supposedly approached one of the accused.

Guess that part of the allegations couldn't make it into this article.

Miami media is drooling over this story like it is the new American Revolution.

The LGBTQRSTUV People would incur the Death Penalty if you gave them half a chance.

I’m no fan of the LGBTQXYZ123 movement but you don’t beat the shit out of a couple of dudes because one of them makes a comment to you, no matter how gross it is.

The government can ban smoking for health reasons. Why can’t they ban sodomy for health reasons too?

The only reason normal people ever go to South Beach is to watch the freak show. Previous to the 20th century, people would pay an admission fee and get a tour of a working insane asylum. South Beach is the 21st century equivalent.

You wonder about the mindset of some people who wouod engage in lewd behavior in public, make a lewd comment at a stranger and not expect a 50/50 chance of getting their a$$ kicked. .Bring back the good old days when this would have never seen the light of day in court except for the fags getting arrested for indecent exposure. Or the a$$ beating was enough. What if some kid had walked in on them? Some behavior should stay in the closet.

I figured as much. Men use bathrooms every day without getting the crap beat out of them.

If this ‘pair of people’ can’t control themselves, they risk a bad outcome. They’re lucky it ended where it did.

When they were skulking in the shadows and I felt awful if they were abused physically, I demanded they be left alone.

They parlayed that into ‘Pride Parades’ flaunting their filth. If a straight person flaunted ‘their filth’ at a parade they would get arrested.

Hide your shame, faggots. Do it in private or at least in special communities like those on Fire Island etc., not the city streets.

>>... up to 30 years in prison if convicted of the attack that took place during Miami Beach’s annual gay-pride...

Is that a worse attack than the one the Obama voting bisexual Islamonazi did at the Pulse nightclub with the knowledge and visits by his wife who walked free?

???

Many murderers/armed robbers/rapists don’t even get that stiff a sentence.

Sorry...I absolutely reject the legitimacy of all "hate crime" laws.If a pervert was unlawfully assaulted then I'll vote guilty on the same kind of charge that would be brought if the victim was normal. But no way will I vote guilty on some enhanced charge that earns the perp extra time because the victim was a perv.

It's called "jury nullification"...and its legality has been upheld by the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

How long before they claim it is a hate crime for not allowing them unfettered, free access to our children...in private?

“Hate crimes.” Just another euphemism which is actually a layer of legal protection straight white Christian folks do not get.

"Hate crime" penalties are far, far too severe for the crimes they are attached to. If a queer approaches you at a highway rest stop restroom and propositions you, are you culpable for shoving him aside in disgust? Be sure that such a reaction would be considered "assault," based on "homophobia," and could make simple assault without injury equal to an aggravated assault penalty.

Queers are out for retribution, not justice.

How does “leaving a gay pride parade” play into any of this, other than to incite privileged class anger?
