I regret my vote for McCain. That it’s even debatable if we’d have been better off if McCain, at least a Republican on paper, beat Obama is insane to me but a valid and probably winning argument.

He’d have probably pulled us into 3 more ground wars, signed an amnesty bill and therefore plunged us into our second term of President Hillary Clinton by now. It’s also unknown whether President Trump, already a top 10 president of all time and probably top 5 by 2024, would have ever run.

I was fortunate to not vote for McCain. I was in the middle of a move to another state, and wasn’t registered, so I was afraid to vote. (I’m not Mexican). I campaigned for the bastard, with stickers on my car. I sent a comment to his campaign, at the RNC, after he got nominated, that voting for him would make me sick. The only reason I campaigned for him, was Palin. Without Palin, he had no chance.
