I think everyone can see how this is going to play out.
The ARt of the Deal.
Phase 1. Ask for as much as you can from the other side.
Phase 2. The other side counters.
Phase 3. You counter, or if you have given your best offer, you walk away from the table.
I think Trump is laying down some hefty requirements, they even make me blush. Americans don’t negotiate like this. He wants, in short, to have a peaceful Korean Peninsula. No in between.
In short, I see Trump walking away from the table, and ratcheting up the sanctions on fatso.
Going to be interesting because Trumps not as former Presidents.....one of the reasons he’s speaking favorable about Kim’s release of the hostages is part of the deal, as it moves along, is that Trump stop bashing him and the nation.....He’s agreed...but they should not underestimate Trump..and so far I don’t think they have or we wouldn’t be this far..... Asians are huge on saving face!
We can assume every little step is as significant as what might come of it all......each matters far more to the Asian communities than to us, and Trump recognizes their ‘nature’ having dealt with China a long time in business. Knows how they operate..
I’m willing to watch and see.....
