SAR report is available to Mueller or FBI but not likely seized in warrant as SAR is made by Banking Institution and sent to Treasury...cohen wouldn’t have it in his records
avanetti made a major mistake in publishing it...imo copies would have to have come from bank or treasury and treasury should have logging/access safeguards/records first thing for OIG is to see who had access to them...we shall see if muellers team accessed them it will look bad-
