NYC is a cesspool. ...................... It was once the melting pot of the nation. People actually got along with each other. Yes there were neighborhoods that were ethnically populated or divided, but there were no riots or demands for anything. You could walk the streets without being harmed in any of the neighborhoods. Just like today, well they tell me that things are better now than they were in the 50’s and 60’s. Of course most who tell me that weren’t around at the time. LOL, we went from unlocked doors to 4 locks and bared windows, but its better now, right? We had major drug problems back then, aspirins went up to 59 cents a bottle.
