Howdy, Kathy.
I hope today hasn’t turned out as rough as you expected.

I’m going to the Indy Grand Prix on Saturday with my sons (assuming Mrs. H is OK). Supposed to be 88 in Indy, and tie a record for the date. Better than two years ago when it was something like 40 degrees for the race.
That’s too darn cold for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. My beer almost froze. ;)

I was too tired and head-achy to do Open Mike tonight, so I stayed home, washed my hair, and will be going to bed soon.

God Bless Our Troops!!! Our snow is almost gone in town. Melted really, really fast this year so we might have a bad fire season this year.
My Dafodils have blooms on them. Wild they started some time ago when we still had snow on the ground.
I had to not let Fredd run loose anymore during the day....he is sorta ok with it.I do run him with my 4x4. Neighbors dog issue. It was 34 last night and 73 today.
The beaver is back and took down 2 Aspen trees in my neighbors yard 3 places down.
I do run him with my 4x4. Neighbors dog issue. Husband doing better.
Hope all is well. Later! God Bless!

I hope the steroid does the trick. Has to be so painful! Is she eating real food or baby food?
It was heart-stopping to watch her squeeing and flitting from branch to branch. But mom did all the right things! She’s one sharp eagle!

Hiya radu!
We have had lovely 80+ degree weather with a thunderstorm or 2 lately.
Son just verified we're heading back to the range tomorrow for some more shooting-'em-up fun.
I did nothing today other than a bit of grocery shopping early.

She ate real food this evening. I had a jar of baby food out but never had to open it.
He said it’s possible there’s an ulcer behind one of her tonsils that he can’t see but there’s nothing at all visibly wrong in her mouth.
The problem’s been building up slowly and she might need another shot in a little while. Just have to wait and see how things go.
Now that Berry Baby has been off the nest, I noticed she didn’t stay there after making it back earlier. She left again and returned with no problem. Our baby bird is all grown up now. :-) And she’s lucky to be blessed with fantastic parents.

We’ve had mid 70s the past few days but jumped up to mid 80s today, and it’s just going to keep going up over the next several days. No rain today but it’s in the forecast for later in the week.
Oh boy! Y’all are finally making it out to the shooting range! Cool! Glad he was able to get some free time so you can go.
I’m heading up to the museum tomorrow to work on those uniforms. A lot were unloaded Saturday and I don’t want them to get too far ahead of me. There are still PLENTY more to go that haven’t been brought up from Tupelo.
Sounds like we’re both going to have a good day tomorrow. :-)

I hope Sasha continues to improve and that she won’t need another of those expensive shots!
She was a brave girl and she’s very proud of herself. Has developed quite an attitude when the parents come with food. And heaven help their feet if they don’t have food with them.LOL!

Good evening, Luv! ***HUGS***
Thanks very much, and thanks also for this evening's "What's Your Brain Good At Quiz" thread! I would tell you, but the peculiar abilities of my brain, the result of cleaving a Neanderthal left hemisphere to an unadulterated Celtic left hemisphere remains a deeply guarded State secret, that will only be disclosed in the fullness of Time.

Shoo, the shot wasn’t that expensive. If she needs another one later on, no biggie. It was the blood panel that hurt but we needed to know if there was something going on. The test results came back perfect all the way down the list, which was good news.
I imagine once morning arrives, that nest will be empty again. She’s had a taste of life off the nest and there’s so much more room out there. LOL
But being able to fully relax tonight, she’s a happy lil camper. :-)
