Really? You think everything you need to know about a man’s 81 years on this earth can be nullified or reaffirmed by your approval of his guest list at his funeral? Twenty-three years of military service, 23 bombing missions, a Silver Star, a Bronze Star, a Purple Heart, a Distinguished Flying Cross, five and a half years as a prisoner of war, solitary confinement for two years, two to three beatings a week, repatriation refused, two terms in the U.S. House, six terms in the Senate, nearly 800 pieces of legislation introduced, thousands of votes, six books, hundreds of speeches, two presidential campaigns, two spouses, seven children . . . and you think “everything you need to know about McCain” is whether he shares your view of the president?

I think the longer this drags on....the more likely we get to the point of identifying at least a dozen GOP Senators who were strictly pretender-GOP guys.
But onto another topic....who exactly got on the invited list to McCain’s funeral? Did the 99 Senators get on the list? Did Bill Gates get on the list? Did Harvey Weinstein get on the list? Did I get on the list?

McCain is making history by being the first U.S. politician to politicize his own demise and funeral.
I can’t begin to imagine the deep level of anger, hatred, and vindictiveness that resides within McCain. I suspect the vets who he betrayed don’t appreciate his actions (or lack thereof) either.
All that is inside him is some powerful poison, which ate away at his very being.
I don’t know if he has any redemptive inclinations. Thus far, he hasn’t shown much of that. Time is running short for you, McCain, and Satan is beckoning.
But Jesus is also at the door, knocking. Will you let him in, at long last?

When you achieve a certain level in life it is very difficult to accept criticism. Trump insulted McCain and he never accepted that - the same we see with Sessions. McCain will die a bitter man, a lesser man. Sessions still has a chance to do the right thing.
