Who gives a damn about that hell hole
It's three neighborhoods that are well known to have these kinds of violence statistics. They're primarily on Chicago's west/near west sides.
It's not the entire city.
BTW: I work in Chicago and I happen to give a damn'. I'd like to make it home safely every night back to the suburbs without some butthead like you broad-brushing everyone who lives in/around the city.
I'd wager that God cares.
