Property, houses, etc....in the Sedona area...are all upscale and expensive. It’s about a 30-min drive south out of Flagstaff (I think they have a small public airport there). Probably not more than 10,000 in population. Selling point for the community that it’s got elevation and the summer temp rarely gets above 95. Other aspect, kinda odd....is that it’s a elite location for artists and the cultural elite.
McCain’s “ranch” is in Cornville, which is a dozen miles SE of Sedona and is not anything like the scenery around Sedona
