Battling brain cancer at his family ranch in Arizona, 81-year-old Sen. John McCain has been sharing his hopes for the future of the country and reflections on his political life with friends who visit. For former Vice President Joe Biden, McCain's message was a simple one: don't "walk away" from politics, Biden told The New York Times, describing his conversation with the Arizona Republican.
Biden has yet to make any announcement about whether he will run in 2020, after declining to run in 2016 following the death of his son, Beau. After visiting McCain last weekend at his ranch, Biden told the Times the Arizona senator is still preoccupied with the future of the country.
"Here John knows he's in a very, very, very precarious situation, and yet he's still concerned about the state of the country," Mr. Biden said in an interview. "We talked about how our international reputation is being damaged and we talked about the need for people to stand up and speak out."

McCain’s “ranch” is in Cornville, which is a dozen miles SE of Sedona and is not anything like the scenery around Sedona
You can inflict more damage from within than without.
I have lost three close people who died of glioblastoma. Not one of them was able to communicate. My niece could not finish a sentence, her words would turn into gibberish. When she attempted to write her messages, after the first couple of words, her writing became microscopic, perfect but pinpoint tiny. My cousins husband, slept 90% of the time and the remaining time he had small seizures when awake. My friend was almost completely paralyzed, including his vocal chords.
So where is all this messaging coming from or do visitors just go into see McCain, ask him what they want to hear and to blink once for yes and twice for no?

No. McCain is not a rancher. And an eleven acre ranch is laughable in Arizona. Rather, he is a carpetbagger and always has been. How did the Senate’s nastiest SOB stay in office? Arizona was until recently preponderantly Republican, and any bozo or boza with a (R) designation could be elected. In addition, the state is loaded with knee-jerk veterans, and McCain had support of the powerful Mormon mafia.
