Getting a little tired of the notion that a wall will somehow save us from invasion when we already have been. The lowball figure of 11 million would take 7500 deported everyday 24/7/365 for four years, and the more realistic number of 30 million would take twelve years at the same rate. Let’s wrap our brains around the utter magnitude of the problem.
OK.
There is no need to deport 30 million illegal immigrants. There is no need to build a wall on our southern border either.
The "rules-of-engagement" are the real problem. Let's suppose that we change them.
Lets try:
Mandatory use of the e-verify system by all employers - with substantial escalating fines for multiple violations and prison terms for corporate executives who commit systemic violations. Illegal immigrants should not be permitted to be employed in this country.
All official Government documents and business to be conducted only in English.
Illegal immigrants to be ineligible for any Government subsidies or welfare payments of any kind. Very specifically that would exclude their children from attending public elementary and secondary schools.
Removal of public officials found to be aiding or abetting violations of immigration laws. Prosecution and prison time for the most defiant ones.
Progressive taxes on remittance payments to Mexico based upon the number of arrests (not convictions) of Mexican nationals for any crimes in the United States - including immigration violations.
Cutting off benefits to all illegals and their spawn that were born in an American hospital, would greatly help that. When they no longer get the checks, no longer have the job thanks to EVerfiy, they’ll come to Uncle Sam. At that time, Uncle Sam can say, “we’ll give you $2500 and a plane ride home. how about that?”
When our laws are enforced, and pressure applied many more than you can imagine will self deport. That has already started, we have to make it impossible for them to get jobs, social services, any and all freebies. Trump has started in that direction already, he is making it harder for illegals to relax, kick back, and enjoy the gravy train. He has had lefty judges put up roadblocks along the way that don’t help but we just have to keep moving forward.
If we keep moving forward and increasing the pressure, the tide will turn back from pouring in to streaming out. Move to an area with a lot of feral cats, begin leaving tons of cat food out...you will begin seeing an unbelievable amount of cats and find you are nearly unable to keep feeding them. They will start to cause all sorts of problems due to their sheer numbers. Then quit feeding them. They will howl, and continue to gather but will leave when they realize you are completely serious about not feeding them any more.
OK, I’ll take a shot at this.
We need a HUGE Order of Thumbtacks, make sure that they land Point UP! That should slow down traffic.
