My recollection is that Sessions said soon after becoming AG that he would not prosecute the political opponent - Clinton. Wrongdoing in politics is off the table in his belief system. If she is indicted it must come from a different direction.
Yours is the strongest incentive to give Sessions the hook.
I think he did say exactly that. The bastards on the other side, obviously don’t hesitate to try and criminalize conservative policies. What bastards they are. I don’t mean to insult bastards, by comparing them to the rats. 🐀

She was the on-the-take-destroy-the-country-for-personal-profit and colluding-with-other-countries US Secretary of State.
Then she looked through the camera lens, smirked at the “sheeple”, and told us she’s untouchable.
That’s the Hillary that should be prosecuted.
