"
Deporting 20 million isnt going to be as hard as some would believe it to be. The biggest obstacle is our own court system government."
Yup. Self deportation is well within reach so long as our government (fed's, state, local) stops giving the following to foreign nationals in our country unlawfully:
- Work (100% e-Verify across the board. Fines for Co's that refuse to use)
- Taxpayer subsidized school, all levels
- Taxpayer subsidized housing
- Taxpayer subsidized food stamps
- Taxpayer subsidized medical care
- Taxpayer subsidized legal help
The foreign nationals here illegally are not entitled to any of that, including the millions of visa overstays. Shut that down, and the vast majority would self deport. Those that remain after 180 days
(this is our gov't after all), are arrested then deported. If our country feels like being generous, we can help them get back to the border with one way tickets on trains or buses. Bio-metric scans and off they go. Minimum 2 - 5 years before they can apply in their home country for lawful re-entry. Those that are arrested and deported are never eligible to apply for lawful entry.
