The news reports I've read said the August 2017 scope memo was issued by Rosenstein several days AFTER the Manafort home raid.
It won’t be long before this judge is accused of dispensing drugs in his courtroom or some other smear on his character requiring impeachment.
The leftists are already dismissing this judge and his opinions due to his being appointed by Reagan.
I guess we’ve gotten to a point where folks only believe justice is done when the magistrate is on their side...
In unrelated news, judge Ellis was found to have comitted suicide immediately after the hearing. He apparently beheaded himself then shot himself in the back 4 times. He was said to be distraught over the passing of his dog in 2012. Investigators immediately ruled out foul play.
Hopefully he didn’t just recently come to this conclusion.

as far asa keeping the memo secret, I don’t like it what is this a star chamber hearing or court of law. defendant has a right to question authority and to see the memo as do the public at large. the authority is part of muellers job description and should be public. is his mission classified? his authority classified? if not its imo public record. sure their is an ongoing investigation, but public right to know easily outweighs the sc desire to keep memo secret-what are htey hiding? they should say here’s the memo see we are following it-daylight is needed here mueller and rr are not trustworthy based on past actions.
what is their need to keep the memo secret? is it a valid reason?
