Nonsense! that is U.S. Rep. William Jefferson (D-LA), who was indicted on 16 counts including racketeering, soliciting bribes, money-laundering, obstruction of justice, conspiracy and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act in Washington on June 4, 2007.
