He wasn't an "awful candidate" in 2012, and he wasn't an "awful candidate" in 2016 until these accusations were put forth. Now you are more reasonable in asserting that he put up a poor defense of his own actions, but i'm not convinced this is true.
How many men could put up a good defense of their actions when they have to face a 38 year old accusation of molestation, and another 38 year old accusation of attempted rape?
Would you maintain your composure? If you had all the national news services calling you horrible names, and claiming (later proven wrong) that you cruised the mall trying to pick up young girls?
Perhaps some men could have done it better, but this was extraordinary pressure, and the man is relatively old when he had it put upon him.
As a result, AL voters elected a dem for that seat. They will very likely do the same if he were to run for Governor.
As a result of what happened to him, they did. As a result of what happened to him, he would very likely lose a race for Governor too. When I first entered this thread, it was my intention to make the point that Moore should give up the idea he has any future in politics, but I am so disgusted with seeing the same claims repeated over and over again, that I have gotten side tracked from that essential point.
Whether it be through his own fault or not, Moore is damaged goods, and he does not have any likely future in politics. He might as well just go fishing or something.
Yep.. agreed.
are you related to moore? does he owe you a great deal of money? short of some clinical condition, this obsession you have with a failed senate candidate that severely damaged the trump administration is irrational and unnatural — not to mention unproductive and pointless.
