Example: A dinner provides a product and a place for people to meet and enjoy a meal, and the company of friends, it does not have the right to regulate the political views of its customers.

“it does not have the right to regulate the political views of its customers”

Any restaurant has the right to deny any customer based on their expressed political views.

What are you talking about?? Are you saying that if I have a restaurant, or bar, I don't have "the right" to tell patrons if they voted for Hillary they will not be served? If a person walks in my bar with a big support Planned Parenthood tee shirt, I'm not allowed to deny service?

Some of you folks really are confused about what a "right" actually is.
