Yeah, because YT has always been a money-loser for Google. So you had better be ready to invest and lose cash to make an alternative. That’s all there is to it.

Well...ok? You work with what you’ve got, not cry to the state to take over and rule existing websites.

No one said it was going to be easy.

So your point is? Is our side that weak?

Yes.

We have little or no power in the academies, the MSM, the entertainment industry, and corporate boardrooms.

Yes we seem to have a monopoly on political talk shows on radio and some success on Fox, but that's about it.

Call the Koch brothers and tell them to start up a competitor to YouTube.
