Yes. That’s absolute bullshit. Even if the rank-and-file aren’t corrupt, they’re IMPLICITLY corrupt because they’re not exposing the obscene misbehavior of their higher-ups. And if that means they get fired or have to quit their jobs - so be it. That’s what integrity is about.
Exactly right! Having integrity and honor means doing what is right in spite of the consequences to one’s self.
If there was an ounce of honor in that agency, where are the whistle blowers?
