Rosenstein is Trump's fault and his worst appointment, IMHO. Trump must have been quite naive in his vetting when he chose Rosenstein.

You’re correct. I forgot about the recusal. Did he recuse for the same reason Sessions did? If so, then that would be a reflection on the appointment.
