Question.. What is he? A sports guy? TV and or movies? Singer? Why is he well known to folks who pay attention to pop culture?

He’s a rapper...you remember the guy who blasted President George W. Bush during the Katrina telethon that he “doesn’t care about black people”? That was him. He has now recently apologized for those comments.
