What Dr. Phil(Who by the way many have accused of being a total fraud) is saying is “Kanye, back on the Democrat plantation you go, you can’t support Donald Trump, you need to go to reeducation camp, can’t be spewing Conservative thought”
Phil is a total fraud. He has a PhD, but is *not* licensed to practice as a psychologist. He has never been licensed to practice in California. He did hold a Texas license at one time many years ago. He was also the subject of disciplinary action by the state board for employing one of his female patients. Incredibly stupid.
He practices psychology without a license all the time on his show.
