Arrested by whom? The FBI usually just “monitors” these types of crazies. And by “monitor” I mean ignore.

Heck, at this point, I'd expect the FBI to give him the guns and ammo.

I have to wonder how much real intent this kid had in his heart without the FBI informants egging him on.

I've grown cynical about these types of sting operations.
