Yep, I remember that too, sickening. I think a lot of that was virtue signaling,which unfortunately, is not for leftists only.
I lost what little respect I had for Colon Powell, though I knew very little about him at the time, when he “cut the line” to claim credit for the success of Desert Storm.
Anyone who was paying attention KNEW the success belonged to the plans and leadership of General “Stormin’ Norman” Schwarzkoph and SecDef Donald Rumfeld!
