You wouldn’t have to “defund” a program if you hadn’t funded it in the beginning. You wouldn't have any of it if Sessions enforced the current laws which make what they are doing a felony. Further the laws says these politicians can be held financially liable for any damage the illegals they harbor causes.
Sessions has done more harm to the Republic than any AG in history.
