Basher will claim to have eradicated terrorism from Syria, because Hizbollah will be in Lebanon shooting missiles at Israel. Iran is not attackable without a carrier, so Tehran is safe from reprisals. Iranian presence in Syria is not, and neither is Hizbollah.
