Step 2. Put cops back on the beat and have them tell vagrants keep moving, no sleeping on park benches, in parks, on sidewalks, etc. Give them bus tickets out of town.
Step 3. Jail bums for vagrancy.
It all worked before. The solution isn’t rocket surgery.

ONLY because it’s now affecting their access to ‘other peoples money’, as in convention and tourism income. I think it was the annual Gaming Convention there last month when they finally blew the lid off and said that their people (the Gamers) can no longer tolerate what’s become of that city. Because of that, the city could no longer get away with acting like Baltimore, which uses a city government and a local media to hide the fact that whites visiting the ‘Inner Harbor’ are now SITTING DUCKS for the locals to rob and pillage. In a FUNCTIONAL city, this kind of crap would be daily headlines - but when the media considers it racist to report on crime (because one race does it more), then uninformed people (the whites) keep heading straight into the ambush.
But no longer for SF, the cat’s out of the bag, and they know it won’t end well if they don’t clean things up, AND FAST.
