Is she implying that Fox News people put date rape drugs in drinks, and is this sort of subject really something to joke about in the first place?

Funny considering Bill Cosby’s Show (where he played an OB/GYN (LOL) who was Married to a Lawyer), was broadcast on NBC, not the Fox Network or Fox News.
