Sprint brings nothing to the table.

Sprint SERVICE is HORRIBLE!

Sprint keeps using it line of BS: - Oh, we’re going to be making a major investment, .....yati , Yaty, YATE!

I’ll go back to a Land Line before I ever use Sprint.

Sprint is Garbage!

What Sprint has is tower locations and spectrum, the two hindering factors for T-Mobile’s 5g rollout. So they're bringing exactly what T-Mobile needs to have, not to mention a whole lot of customers.

For customers, it looks like a win-win; the low ball market has Obama Phones (which I guess should be called Trump phones now...?), followed by Boost, Cricket, Metro PCS, etc. Out of the big cell carriers, you have Comcast, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile; Sprint has been trying to cannibalize it's own low cost market, T-Mobile has positioned themselves as the mid tier option, expanding Metro PCS’ footprint as well as growing their POS stores.

As the announcement indicates, T-Mobile’s new business will rely upon 5g and stretch beyond the portable cell phone and into the home, especially in rural areas. Ultimately, T-Mobile aims to leverage the phone base into becoming one of the biggest pipes into the home, be it a ranch or an apartment. Effectively, their goal is to leapfrog Comcast.

I think they'll get it done to the benefit of customers of both companies.
