Gowdy on CBS/FTN. Asked to defend HPSCI report, which Comey says is political document, not an investigation.

Gowdy says Schiff started this investigation with a conclusion, there is evidence of collusion. Schiff has produced nothing.

Gowdy says the HSPCI report doesn't include the universe of information, but Mueller may have additional witnesses. Congress is not well equipped.

Full faith in Horowitz. Congress should not interfere with OIG.
