If it were up to me, I'd have the perps dissected, sell the body parts for whatever they fetched on the medical market, give the proceeds to the victim, and tell her that's it. If she wants a higher payment next time, be more careful about who she hangs around with.
Why not? The Swedish gov't paid for these animals to be in the country, fed them while they were there, even supplied the room where the woman was raped. Why shouldn't they have to pay the fines as well?
