This is very risky.
Most computers including Apple are built in China.
Most Windows computers are built by the same companies in China and then repackaged with different plastic.
Inte and Apple are not going to like this.

Certainly Intel is at high risk.
They invested 10s of billions in China, both manufacturing and R&D. Half their low-end manufacturing is in China.
