It’s not often I agree with NBC, but on this one they are right. Even if true, the alleged behavior just doesn’t warrant any kind of action. It was decades ago and the man is long since retired. And frankly this is trivial. If we jailed everyone who every made a pass that wasn’t well received the human race would be in danger of extinction. It might have been ungentlemanly but it wasn’t criminal.
And FTR I am not convinced this happened. Usually with men who don’t know how to behave around women there is a pattern of behavior. I’m not seeing that.
He’s not retired. He’s a contributing anchor and special correspondent at NBC News. He also has an annoying radio show that has its segments air during other talk radio shows.
