A federal appeals court ruled Friday that Texass new version of its voter-ID law can go into effect, rebuking a lower court judge for trying to block the law and delivering a significant victory to voter-integrity advocates.
The original law passed earlier this decade had been blocked after the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals concluded both its purpose and effect was to punish minority voters.
But the state legislature went back and made changes, and the 5th Circuit, in a 2-1 ruling, now says the new version cures what ailed the previous one.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton hailed the ruling.

All of the judges are not corrupt ideologues, thank God.
We know our votes are worthless if they can just import more.
Voter fraud is an insidious attack on self government. Nothing will end our republic faster than a belief that the elections are rigged. If they are, then we have no reason to respect the outcomes, and will take matters into our own hands.

If a minority has no i.d., he or she cannot gain ANY benefits let alone do much of anything else all of us take for granted. I find it hard to believe ANYONE does not have an i.d. This absolutely does not solve the very dangerous problem of a-hole states passing out Drivers Licenses to illegals.

Kanye can show you the way!!

Other states wishing to implement voter ID would, IMO, be wise to copy the Texas version since it is court-approved and should stand the test elsewhere.
But in Arkansas
