They should transport them to a sanctuary city. L.A. is at the East end of Ventura County.
People, city councils, policemen, etc need to quit putting up with this crap. If they’re hanging out or camped out tell them to move on. I want our parks usable again by the people who actually pay for them. I won’t go to the pier or the promenade because there are homeless sleeping on the beach. It’s ridiculous that anyone puts up with it.
