Honestly, it’s not that many people. I would just have some buses ready. Load them up and drive them back down to the south of Mexico. If they can freely cross over, then surely the U.S. can freely drive them back and drop them off.
As I see it there are at least four problems that idea:
1 - It makes sense
2 - It would work
3 - It doesn't create any new democrat voters
4 - It doesn't create any work for American lawyers
The courts have declared that once the illegals touch American soil they have "Rights" including a right to a hearing and a right to legal representation.
Oh no, you cannot freely drive into deep Mexico. You must get a visa. Then you must stop at a station a few miles south of the U.S. border.
Then, you must come back to the states within the time allowed by the visa. You must stop at another station a few miles south of the border and surrender said visa.
