Recall that this is the same prosecutor who campaigned and said “if you elect me “I’ll prosecute Bill Cosby”
He got elected. He prosecuted Bill Cosby and got a hung jury.
So he retried the case AGAIN and this time the charges stuck!
Does this seem like justice to any of you or a politicized witch hunt?!
After a hung jury, does that mean the DA should handle it like an acquittal?
