No. Satan is not equivalent to God. Satan is only a created being. A powerful one, but a created being nonetheless. Nothing infinite about him, including his lifespan (he had a beginning, God didn't).
There is a section of verses in Isaiah, I believe in Chapter 14 and the verses are 12-17, be before the enemy’s fall.
