California is not being spared from the Left's revisionist crusade. Already, Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, named for the actor who was such an outspoken American patriot and supporter of traditional values has been renamed the Hollywood-Burbank Airport, and a stature of President William McKinley was removed in Arcata.
Likely targets in the near future will probably include MacArthur Park--after all, its namesake led military campaigns against nonwhites and was an outspoken anti-Communist.
I will not be the least bit surprised when John Wayne Airport and Wayne's statue in the terminal eventually come under attack. Not only was Wayne an outspoken conservative and anti-Communist, his movie Big Jim McClain championed the House Committee on Un-American Activities and The Alamo paid tribute to the heroes of the Texas Revolution. In the eyes of the Left, you cannot get any more politically incorrect.
