I am with you all the way on that one!! I would pose another or different rule: if you receive government money (e.g., federal, state, city, local, etc.) for any purpose, such as for entitlements, subsidies, grants, payroll, federal employee, teachers, whatever, you are not allowed to vote in ANY election. Wishful thinking!
