I LOVE lamb. Leg of lamb or a lamb roast. Then make “Syrian Special” with the leftovers.

“Syrian Special”: Cut up lamb, green beans (canned), tomatoes (diced) (canned), salt & pepper to taste.

Serve over rice (optional)

Sort of a lamb stew, without the potatoes and carrots.

A great leftover. Make a great meal in just minutes with what you already have in your cupboard.

I find the best deal and selection of lamb, legs, roasts, chops, and steaks (don’t buy racks because I don’t like to pay money for bones) at BJ’s Wholesale Club.

Everyone here loves lamb but me, can’t even stand the smell when cooking.
same with cilantro, people seem to love it, i think it tastes like what liquid Polychlorovinylacetate or maybe Freon must taste like.
Most disgusting tasting thing i have ever eaten, if i get a dish in a restaurant and i detect that putrid plant in the food i send it right back.
I made that chemical up by the way. :)

i read that it is actually a recessed gene that makes certain people despise cilantro.
