We know what the two men said, but I would like to know what the Starbucks security cameras show regarding their time of arrival. If the manager really did call the cops within 2 minutes of the arrival of these two after almost no interaction with them (according to them), what is her side of the story?

Unless there is a lawsuit in which she testifies we’ll not know for sure.
But with security cameras, police logs, etc we have some time lines.
The cops time lines should be accurate. My guess the other is also. There
were there for 4:45 meeting with another person. Got there a little early
and went to a table. I understand not ordering as they most likely wanted
to wait for the other person to arrive. Then they could get coffee, food
or drinks at that time.
My overall assessment is that the mgr did a poor job of communicating
with them. And they did a poor job telling her we are waiting on
another person and we’ll order when he gets here. Full communications
would have helped. They didn’t provide enough and she didn’t asked
for enough info.
My guess is that is why she is no longer employed at Chic-fil-a.
