It better be a drone, wouldn’t be good to be sitting inside a tin-can underwater when the explosive force comes blowing back. Certain cultures produce large numbers of people that would be happy to pilot a vessel to our shores and blow themselves up in the hope of killing large numbers of us.
And among some our own citizens they have a reputation as honorable and peaceful people.
